Society is very big but requires lot of maintenance work. Flats for rent and buy out are available here. Market is just outside the society you will get everything in the market.Most of the tower in the society have 16 floors. Society is clean. Many buildings is having construction work going on. Lot of parking space is present in the society. Basement and open area parking is available. You will get notified if your vehicle goes out of the society. Market is available just near to the gate no.1 of the society. You will get maid for work. Many day care are present inside the society. There is badminton court and the skating ground also in the society. For skates separate coach comes to teach to children. Rooms are spacious here.

Supertech is the worst society in Noida. I have lived here for more than 3 months, and my experience has been very bad—especially with the society office and security. These guys have no sense of how to talk. you’re not even allowed to move at your own convenience because of their ridiculous rules.

Worst society... Gaur City is much better..... the people in Maintenance are the worst...they will make you regret you ever moved here.... the water supply is always with a bad smell.... the quality of flats is also very bad

Please take video before pursuing or take rental any flat because after you leave from flat broker and flat owner not return your money taking full maintenance charge or even painting or wall sepage charge also

Nearest to the main gate no.2 and lift lobby area is also very good. And the best past of this tower is the temple situated in enterance lobby.
